On-Demand Class Descriptions
Restorative Yoga
Think...getting so comfy you could almost fall alseep.
You'll hold poses for 5-10 minutes, using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body.
Restorative helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve injury recovery and physical rejuvenation.
Extended Rest
A monthly deep-dive into slowing down, softening tension, and reconnecting with yourself.
90 minutes of yin, restorative, nidra, or a spacious blend.
Deep Rest
Mostly still, gently guided rest.
These sessions draw on Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, and breathwork to support deep rest.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra (a.k.a yogic sleep) is a form of guided relaxation practiced mostly lying down.
Expect guided rest that softens your whole body, settles your mind, and brings you back to centre.
This happens in stages, which may include a body scan, conscious breathing, visualization, and other relaxation techniques.
Many people nap, that’s part of the magic.
Yin Yoga
You don't need to be flexible to attend this class, but you do need to practice patience.
Slow and gentle yoga focused on stretching your connective tissues.
You hold poses for 3-5 minutes, with the support of props such as blankets, bolsters, or blocks.
Yin helps to improve flexibility, and mobility and builds patience and self-awareness.
Move + Rest
Gentle movement and stillness to ease into the week.
This class blends soft, floor-based movement with Restorative and Yin Yoga.
