Rest Club
online yoga studio
Hi, I'm Eliza, a recovering workaholic, first-time mom, and founder of Rest Yoga. Becoming a mom has made time for myself scarce. This is one of the many reasons that Rest Club exists. If you're anything like me, you don't have time to leave the house for a yoga class. Rest Club gives you space to do yoga whenever have time, live or on-demand.

At Rest Yoga, we believe that Rest is not a reward - it's a necessity. Rest Club is an online yoga studio and community that will transform your home into a peaceful sanctuary.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Rest Yoga is the perfect way to find balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself - without leaving your living room.

By making Rest Yoga a regular part of your routine, you’ll feel more grounded, present, and restored. The best part? You can do it all on your schedule, in your space. It’s the perfect way to create a practice that truly supports your life.

I hope this club inspires you to make Rest a regular part of your life.
Yoga Classes
Restorative Yoga
Think...getting so comfy you could almost fall alseep.
You'll hold poses for extended periods of time, typically between 5-10 minutes, while using props like blankets, bolsters, + blocks to support your body.

Restorative helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve injury recovery and physical rejuvenation.

It's ok if you're a fidgeter, you're welcome exactly as you are.
Yin Yoga
You don't need to be flexible to attend this class, but you do need to practice patience.

Slow and gentle yoga focused on stretching your connective tissues.
You hold poses for about 3-5 minutes, with the support of props such as blankets, bolsters, or blocks.
Yin helps to improve flexibility, and mobility and builds patience and self-awareness.

Yoga Nidra
You'll probably fall asleep. Yoga nidra is also known as yogic sleep. It's a form of guided relaxation practiced lying down.
You can expect a series of verbal instructions that lead you through a process of releasing physical tension, calming your mind, and connecting with a sense of inner peace and stillness.

This happens in stages, which may include a body scan, conscious breathing, visualization, and other relaxation techniques.
