100 hour Yoga Teacher Training
An intimate and heart-led experience into the art of teaching Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
Each training day begins with tea, meditation, and quiet reflection in my home—creating a calm, welcoming space where you can arrive as you are.
This training is grounded in a non-dogmatic approach. You’ll be invited to explore, question, and grow in a way that feels authentic to you. I honour all learning styles, combining embodied practice, thoughtful discussion, hands-on teaching, and supportive feedback—because everyone learns differently.
Accessibility is woven through every module, so whether you’re working with seniors, beginners, or those healing from burnout, you’ll feel confident creating inclusive, thoughtful spaces for Rest.

The training is made up of 3 modules:
Module 1 - Restorative Yoga - 40 hours
Module 2 - Yin Yoga - 40 hours
Module 3 - Yoga Nidra - 20 hours
You can attend the full 100-hour teacher training or any chosen module(s).
Dates: Every second weekend from 20 September 2025 to 16 November 2025.

Module 1 | Restorative Yoga
40 hours
Discover the power of stillness with Restorative Yoga. This module is perfect if you want to deepen your practice and confidently lead Restorative Yoga classes.
You’ll learn how to guide students through slow, supported poses in group and one-on-one settings.
You’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to share the benefits of Restorative Yoga while also enjoying its calming effects yourself.

Module 2 | Yin Yoga
40 hours
Play with your edges in Yin Yoga. This module will equip you to guide students through long-held, floor-based postures that gently open the body and calm the mind.
Beyond the physical practice, you'll explore Yin as a meditative tool for introspection and deep inner awareness.
Set in a supportive space, this module will help you grow as both a teacher and practitioner.

Module 3 | Yoga Nidra Foundations
20 hours
Learn about deep Rest through Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. This module will guide you through its many applications.
It will help you confidently share its transformative power, and develop a practice that allows you to teach from a place of knowing.
With a non-dogmatic approach, you’ll explore Nidra as a tool for deep awareness and restoration.
Yoga Nidra has widely become known for its association with getting a restful night's sleep. It's therefore become popular in our modern, over-stimulated society to Rest. However, if the practice is only seen as a time to get some sleep, then all the possibilities of the Nidra magic gets lost along the way. In this module you will learn many ways to apply Nidra.
You will be supported with whatever comes up in your practice and teaching.
Leading up to and during this module you will be encouraged to develop a regular practice of Yoga Nidra. This way you will discover the power of this ancient practice, and teach from a place of knowing.

FAQs
Will Eliza teach all of the modules?
Yes, this is an intimate training fully taught by Eliza.
I am already qualified in some of the modules, can I take a single module on its own?
Yes, this training is designed to be taken either as a full 100 hour teacher training or individual modules.
Will I be able to teach a yoga class once I have completed this training?
Yes, each module will equip you with the tools to teach group and private sessions. You will be practice teaching from day 1.
Who is this training registered with?
Yoga alliance US
Can I miss any days?
Unfortunately not, this is an intensive training. Valuable information is shared every day.
Are books and materials included in the price?
Manuals are included for each module and additional books that will need to be rented or purchased.
Can I do the training if I don’t have a 200-hour qualification?
Yes you can. This training is open to teachers and students. However, If you don’t have a 200 hour qualification you will not be able to register with yoga alliance. This will not stop you from being able to teach though.
How much time is required for homework?
There are 2 weeks between each weekend to allow time for reflection, practice teaching and homework.
There are 20 non-contact hours over to duration of the course. This is split into 2 hours per week of homework and practice teaching.
How many contact hours are involved?
80 contact hours in total.
Will I be a certified yoga teacher?
No. There is no such thing as a “certified yoga teacher”. There is an organization called the Yoga Alliance” which “registers” teachers. You can register with the Yoga Alliance after receiving your certificate of completion if you have 200 hour certificate.
What does a typical day look like on this teacher traiining?
Each morning will start at my home with meditation, tea, snacks and reflections from the previous weekend. We will do a theory lecture and then go down to the yoga studio, where we will continue a combinations of theory and anatomy lectures, practice teaching and time for questions. You will end each day with a group practice.
Do i have enough experience to join this teacher training?
If you have been practicing yoga for at least 12 months (preferably in the discipline you wish to learn) you can participate in the training.
How will i be assessed during the training?
Each module has a written and a practical exam. The practical exam involves you teaching a sequence. Eliza provides thorough written feedback on your teaching.

How many people will be on the course?
8 on each module. 6 spaces are reserved for 100 hours and 2 spaces are for individual modules.
