about
Hello
I'm Eliza the founder of Rest Yoga. I help burnt-out millennials and over-giving yoga teachers learn to pause, breathe, and Rest, without guilt. Yoga is a powerful tool for promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being and Rest is essential for living a healthy and fulfilling life.

My yoga classes, teacher trainings, events, and retreats create a space for you to slow down, tune into your body and mind, and connect with your breath.

Relax, the Rest will come.
who i work with
over-giving millennials and yoga teachers
You know that bone-deep tiredness that a nap can’t fix?
That’s who I work with.

Over-giving millennials who are holding everything together, work deadlines, group chats, family drama, and running on caffeine and sheer willpower. You crash hard, scroll late, and wonder why Rest feels so impossible (or guilty).

Yoga teachers on the verge of burnout who spend their days holding space for others but secretly feel like they’ve got nothing left for themselves. You teach Rest but rarely take it. You love yoga, but the constant giving, hustling for classes, and pretending you’re “zen” is quietly draining you.

If you’ve ever thought:
-
“I’ll Rest when everything else is done.”
-
“I’m exhausted, but I can’t switch off.”
-
“I help everyone else, but who’s helping me?”
…then you’re in the right place.

I work with people like you to untangle Rest from guilt, to create small doable pauses, and to remember what it feels like to have energy again. This isn’t about being more productive. It’s about learning how to let yourself stop, and discovering that you can make Rest part of your daily life.

What is Rest Yoga?
a calm corner in a busy world
Rest Yoga is a practice dedicated to helping you activate deep Rest through the power of slow yoga. Founded by me, Eliza, Rest Yoga blends yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound baths to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My yoga sessions are designed to promote relaxation, activate Rest, and improve sleep quality. Through these practices, you will cultivate greater self-awareness and gain the tools to integrate Rest into your daily life.

You will reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity, and restore balance to your nervous system.
When you make Rest a daily practice, you create space for more joy, resilience, and overall vitality.

My yoga classes, teacher trainings, events, and retreats provide a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and truly unwind.
