Yin Yoga You don't need to be flexible to attend this class, but you do need to practice patience. Slow and gentle yoga focused on stretching your connective tissues. You hold poses for about 3-5 minutes, with the support of props such as blankets, bolsters, or blocks.​ Yin helps to improve flexibility, and mobility and builds patience and self-awareness. Yoga Nidra You'll probably fall asleep. Yoga nidra is also known as yogic sleep. It's a form of guided relaxation practiced lying down. You can expect a series of verbal instructions that lead you through releasing physical tension, calming your mind, and connecting with a sense of inner peace and stillness. This happens in stages, including a body scan, conscious breathing, visualization, and other relaxation techniques.
