What to expect

You’ll be supported by soft mattresses, props, and blankets to help you settle into stillness and deep rest. As you body rests deeply, you'll experience the sound of the gong, crystal sound bowls and other instruments. This is a slow, nourishing session is open to all abilities. No experience needed, just a willingness to rest.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your session or need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 6 hours before the session start time to make space for others to join. Any cancellations after this time will be forfeited.
