What to expect

Gentle movement can help shake off the brain fizz that makes it hard to settle. In this session, we’ll begin with soft, floor-based movement, then slowly transition into longer moments of stillness to ease you into the week. Stillness comes through Restorative and Yin Yoga. You’ll be supported in poses for extended periods (around 5–10 minutes) using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, so your body can soften without effort. If you’re a fidgeter, that’s okay. If settling takes time, that’s okay too. You’re welcome exactly as you are.


Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your session or need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 6 hours before the session start time to make space for others to join. Any cancellations after this time will be forfeited​.
