What to expect
These sessions are mostly still. You’ll be guided through mindfulness, gentle breathwork, and Yoga Nidra to help your nervous system unwind and your body rest deeply. You’ll spend most of the class lying down or supported in a comfortable position, with pauses, quiet, and space to simply be. There’s nothing to get right and nothing to push through. If your mind wanders, that’s okay. If you drift in and out of sleep, that’s okay too. You don’t need to do anything.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the session start time. Any cancellations after this time will be forfeited.
