What to expect

Cocooned in gentle candlelight, you’ll be supported by soft mattresses, props, and blankets to help you settle into stillness and deep rest. This is a slow, nourishing session is open to all abilities. No experience needed, just a willingness to rest.

If you cannot attend your session or need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 6 hours before the session start time to make space for others to join. Any cancellations after this time will be forfeited.
